09 декабря 2016 года Прокуратурой Курганской области осуществляется последовательная работа по реализации комплекса антикоррупционных мер, предусмотренных Национальным планом и Национальной стратегией по противодействию коррупции

За текущий период по итогам работы за 2016 год правоохранительными органами выявлено более 250 преступлений коррупционной направленности Наибольшее свое распространение коррупционные преступления находят в сфере оказания государственных и муниципальных услуг.

Направлено в суд уголовное дело в отношении главы Кетовского района, который, занимая должность главы сельского совета, за 300 тысяч рублей согласовывал оформление земельных участков своему знакомому. Причиненный ущерб составил около 4 млн. рублей.

Расследуются уголовные дела, возбужденные в отношении 4 глав муниципальных образований Кетовского района.

Сегодня задача правоохранительных органов Зауралья в первую очередь состоит на сосредоточении усилий по искоренению коррупции в значимых сферах: закупки для государственных и муниципальных нужд, борьба с «откатами», ЖКХ, земельные отношения, пресечение воспрепятствованию предпринимательской деятельности, социальная сфера .

Одной из главных составляющих борьбы с коррупцией является возмещение причиненного государству коррупционным преступлением ущерба. В 2016 году размер причиненного коррупционными преступлениями ущерба составил 24 млн.рублей из которых реально возмещено до направления в суд уголовных дел – 4 млн.

Стоимость арестованного органами следствия имущества в обеспечение возмещения причиненного ущерба составила 13 млн. рублей.

Значительное внимание уделяется проведению антикоррупционной экспертизы нормативных правовых актов и их проектов, в ходе которой реализуется и правозащитная функция прокуратуры.

9 декабря, начиная с 2004 года, отмечается Международный день борьбы с коррупцией. Ежегодно страны-участники организации объединённых наций информируют общественность о национальных мерах по противодействию коррупции.

Сегодня прокурор Курганской области Игорь Ткачев выступил перед студентами Федерального государственного бюджетного образовательного учреждения высшего профессионального образования «Курганский государственный университет» с лекцией в ходе которой познакомил слушателей с понятием коррупции как явлении, ее историческим прошлым, а также на конкретных примерах надзорной деятельности рассказал студентам о формах ее проявления сегодня и ответственности за коррупционные деяния.

Результаты надзорной деятельности органов прокуратуры Зауралья, а также вопросы применения антикорупционного законодательства освещены на телевидении.

На интернет-сайте городской газеты «Курган и Курганцы» проведена онлайн-конференция. В ходе которой жители Зауралья получили ответы, связанные с деятельностью правоохранительных органов по противодействию с коррупционной преступностью.

Межрайгорспецпрокурорами работа по противодействию коррупции освещена в печатных изданиях, проведены выступления в трудовых коллективах.

Работа в сфере противодействия коррупционным проявлениям на территории Зауралья находится на постоянном контроле органов прокуратуры региона и будет продолжена.
